A Birthday Conversation About Whole-Body Healing, Seasonal Renewal + Becoming Her
I turn 55 on September 21st, and lately I keep coming back to the same question: what does health actually mean at this point in my life?
It isn't the number on a scale or what shows up on a lab report. It's whether I feel safe enough in my own body to slow down. Whether I'm still listening to what it's telling me, or whether somewhere along the way I stopped and just started managing symptoms instead.
That's the wish I'm making this year. More women nursing themselves with love, in whatever season they're in.
Return to Her is a live whole-body reset conversation for women who are ready to enter a new season with more intention, more nourishment, and more self-trust.
Summer pulls you outward. Travel, celebrations, long days, a calendar that never quite settles down. If you're anything like the women I work with, by the time September arrives you're running on caffeine, adrenaline, and whatever's left in the tank.
Fall works differently. Astronomically, it begins the day after my birthday this year, on September 22nd, when day and night sit in exact balance for one moment before the light starts to shorten. There's something in that timing I can't ignore. A birthday, then a threshold, then a season built for coming back to yourself.
Your body. Your rhythm. Your breath. The practices that remind you who you are underneath everything you've been carrying.
Health isn't only physical, so we won't stop there. Over the course of the evening we'll move through six different layers of what it means to reset.
Nutrition, digestion, sleep, energy, hormones. The basics, looked at honestly instead of through another restrictive plan.
Real change doesn't happen in a body that experiences care as one more demand. We'll talk about what regulation actually feels like.
Resentment, grief, pressure, old expectations. Not releasing on command, just noticing what's actually there.
Where did you learn what health was supposed to look like, and is any of it still true for you now?
A short guided practice using breath, grounding, and gentle movement. You experience it, you don't just think about it.
Not necessarily religious. Meaning, intuition, and what you sense trying to emerge as you enter this next season.
Maybe you recognize a few of these.
Nothing complicated. Just a clearer starting point.
I'm the founder of The ApotheKerie and the creator of Nurse Yourself With Love, a philosophy built on the belief that healing doesn't have to come from discipline or deprivation. My work moves through the D.R.E.A.M. coaching model, plant-forward nourishment, and nervous system care, because a woman's body, mind, and spirit were never meant to be treated separately.
This birthday, I wanted to do something different than another workshop. I wanted an evening that actually reflects how I think about health now, at 55, after everything I've learned. I'd love for you to be there.
At the end of our time together, I'll open the door to something I've been building for this exact season: a 21-day experience called The Fall Reset.
A whole-life transformation experience centered around raw living, nourishment, nervous system care, emotional reflection, somatic practices, and the Nurse Yourself With Love™ philosophy.
Enrollment will only be open for a few days.
If you have been craving a true reset, this will be your opportunity to continue the journey with me.
But first, come spend my birthday with me.
Bring the version of you that is ready for something different.
Let's enter this next season together.
